Regina Wong

Regina is a Singaporean US-licensed psychotherapist specializing in helping those struggling with trauma, addictions, family dysfunction and attachment issues. She has worked with adults, children, adolescents, parents and families from diverse backgrounds in non-profits around Singapore and Asia, and worked as a behavioural health hospital therapist at Northwestern Medicine in Chicago for 4 years .

She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (Illinois) and National Board Certified Counselor (USA) with a M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wheaton College (USA), a CACREP-accredited programme. She is an EMDR-trained practitioner (The EMDR Institute Inc. by Francine Sharpiro) with advanced EMDR training in PTSD, complex trauma and
dissociative disorders. She is also trained in Child-Centered Play Therapy, sandtray and expressive arts therapy.

Regina explores relational wounds and roots of trauma within one's family and environment using a safe, compassionate approach. She believes that everyone deserves to be unconditionally accepted and loved in their healing journey.
